I’m sorry right now for anyone offended by these next few paragraphs. If you don’t like it…Don’t read it…

I am completely disturbed right now by a film I just watched. It is a documentary called Jesus Camp. For those of you who have never heard of it before it is a film about kids (as young as 5 and 6) being duped into becoming evangelistics.

This film pissed me off so bad I literally sat here and cried because I felt so bad for these poor kids. Don’t get me wrong, I believe in Jesus and believe it or not I do pray from time to time. But this in outlandishly ridiculous. They have got these kids praying to and worshiping a cardboard cut out of George F****** Bush for Christ sake. Telling them they are going to burn in hell if they read or watch Harry Potter because Warlocks are Gods enemy. WHAT THE FLIP….can you say FICTIONAL CHARATER…DAMN. There is a part at the beginning of the film where this Becky Ficsher broad has these kids thinking they are speaking in tongue and kids are falling on the floor shaking like they are having a damn seizure.

This chick that is the “leader” of this camp is crazy…she is building “Gods Army” with these kids because in 3rd world countries they are doing the same only with guns…SAVE YOURSELVES SAVE OTHER PEOPLE SAVE THE WORLD. This is what they preach to these kids. Telling them if they don’t God will HATE them. What really scares me is the fact that one of the scariest guys on the film is actually one of Bushʼs’ lead go to guys and they meet every Monday. And we wonder why our country is going to hell. They are preaching to these kids that homosexuality is wrong, being different is wrong, believing in what you want to believe in is wrong. They are pretty much telling these kids that they HAVE to think this way, HAVE to act that way, and HAVE to get other people to join them. This literally is, as I called it, a kiddie cult.

Kids are getting brainwashed, they can’t even take a piss without praying to God to be able to hit the toilet and not get it on the seat. Whatʼs worse, the parents are doing it to them. There is a little boy on the film who says he was “saved” at the age of 5….WHAT? He said he wasn’t getting what he wanted out of life that his life was going nowhere. HE WAS 5…..Jesus….what 5 year old knows what they want out of life? Most 5 year olds just want to be able to eat more candy and watch TV and not have to come inside when its time for dinner….They want to play…Not sit and contemplate life…I am sensing some parental involvement in this one…that is sad. Let kids be kids for fuck sake. Let them grow up and make their own choices. Ya they may screw up, but you live and you learn. I’ve made some terrible decisions in my life, but I have learned from every single one of them.

They are targeting kids because they are young and impressionable. If an adult tells them something like you are going to burn in the fires of hell if you don’t believe this, chances are they are going to be so scared they are going to believe it just to keep from getting into trouble.

Anyhow, sorry for the rant but I had to get it out. Hell go rent the film. Make your own decision on it. I think most of you will find it just as disturbing as I.
